The ICE warranty is designed to be simple and hassle free. ICE automatic scrubbers carry a 5 year warranty on all parts and labor with the exception of “wearables” such as brushes, pad drivers, batteries, hoses, belts and switches. ICE products carry a lifetime warranty on rotationally molded tanks.

ICE cord electric products carry a 5 year warranty on all parts and labor with the exception of “wearables” such as brushes, pad drivers, batteries, hoses, belts and switches. ICE products carry a lifetime warranty on rotationally molded tanks.
ICE Warranty – How it Works:
- Email ICE U.S. the model and the serial number of the machine being repaired and the warrantied part number you require and we’ll ship the part free of charge. (see ICE Warranty Sheet for more information)
- Invoice ICE U.S. for warranty labor charges at agreed upon reasonable rates for credit.
